What you will do

• Design and build AI-enabled workflows and digital solutions from scratch.
• Identify and diagnose inefficiencies within business functions to implement scalable process improvements.
• Utilize no-code/low-code tools and generative AI to build automations.
• Embed within cross-functional teams as a hands-on solutions builder.
• Research emerging AI tools and translate business challenges into automation problem statements.
• Document findings, present prototypes, and measure the impact of implemented solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience.
• 1-2 years of experience using AI or automation tools to increase efficiency.
• Proficiency with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
• Experience building automations with tools like Zapier, n8n, or Airtable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must be located in or near Denver, CO for a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office).
