Salary: $72,000–$88,000

What you will do

• Manage daily workload distribution and prioritize VIP and rush assignments for the Court Team.
• Conduct quality audits across case files, data entry, and eFiling submissions to ensure operational standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Court Team and internal stakeholders to resolve complex client issues.
• Monitor KPIs, team productivity, and SLA compliance to identify and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, jurisdictional references, and training materials to support growth.
• Lead onboarding for new team members and law firms and contribute to hiring decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in legal filing or attorney services.
• Deep knowledge of California Superior Court rules across multiple counties.
• Fluency with multi-portal eFiling systems such as LegalConnect, Green Filing, and InfoTrack.
• Experience using Zendesk and Slack for operational communication.
• Must work PST hours, covering either the day or evening shift.
