What you will do

• Identify, test, and scale new growth channels such as hackathons, sponsorships, and community events.
• Build and manage an affiliate program to drive referral-based pipeline.
• Develop partnerships with developer influencers and creators to expand brand reach and trust.
• Establish and grow relationships within security communities and developer ecosystems.
• Design and launch experiments to validate new channels based on pipeline and awareness metrics.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure channel activity translates into a qualified pipeline and manage ROI tracking.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in growth and developer marketing.
• Deep understanding of developer audiences and trust-building strategies.
• Existing network or proven experience working with developer influencers and communities.
• Experience building and scaling new acquisition channels from scratch.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, testing and iterating on channels based on data.
• Strong project management skills for running events and activations.
