What you will do

• Develop backend systems to transform raw observability data from platforms like New Relic, Grafana, and Cloudflare into actionable customer insights.
• Build and iterate on Portfolio Insights and product analytics capabilities.
• Explore and implement OpenTelemetry integrations.
• Create user-facing features that customers interact with daily, focusing on product engineering.
• Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to define meaningful insights for users.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building production services and features.
• Must be based in the US (E-verify will be used for eligibility).
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Proficiency with Go (or similar systems language), Python, and SQL.
• Experience working with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Comfort with BigQuery, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability platforms such as New Relic, Grafana, or Datadog.
