What you will do

• Own operational requirements for new products, corridors, and payment methods before go-live.
• Identify and document fraud risk vectors for new product launches.
• Define operational queues, SLAs, and staffing requirements for the operations team.
• Develop and iterate operational playbooks and SOPs for launch execution.
• Manage the operational workstream across product, engineering, strategy, and operations.
• Conduct post-launch retrospectives and report readiness health to leadership.

Requirements

• Proven track record in program or launch management for cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of fintech risk ecosystems, transaction monitoring, or payment operations.
• Experience in risk-vector and SOP design for new products.
• Hands-on data fluency with SQL and BigQuery.
• Advanced proficiency in English required.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and documentation skills.
