What you will do

• Implement and optimize global HR Operations processes aligned with regional and local requirements.
• Drive the harmonization, digitalization, and automation of administrative HR processes.
• Define and govern regional HR Operations frameworks, policies, procedures, and system requirements.
• Partner with local HR and the Corporate CoE to minimize process exceptions.
• Ensure effective Shared Service Center (SSC) delivery through clear guidelines and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of HR Operations processes to ensure adherence to global standards.

Requirements

• Professional experience in HR Operations, preferably within an international environment.
• Strong understanding of HR IT systems and integrated HR processes and data flows.
• Proven experience in project management, change management, and transformation projects.
• English: Very good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Mexico or at another hirify.global location.
