What you will do

• Oversee the creation of production design deliverables for site/app maintenance, digital advertising, motion graphics, and email production.
• Drive ownership of complex multi-channel projects from planning and execution to final delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level Creative Engineers through coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with creative leads, project managers, and clients to improve workflows and elevate deliverables.
• Ensure exceptional quality assurance across all assets, resolving design or technical issues proactively.
• Contribute to the evolution of scalable design systems, templates, and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital production design for advertising agencies, design studios, or startups.
• Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong image optimization skills.
• Advanced proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
• Strong working knowledge of motion design tools like After Effects and Adobe Animate.
• Proficiency in storytelling and presentation tools, specifically Keynote and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Advertising, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Celtra or Orca Plus.
• Certifications in UX/UI, design thinking, or design systems.
