What you will do

• Edit short-form and long-form video content from raw footage to final export.
• Design thumbnails, social graphics, and digital banners that align with video assets.
• Create motion graphics, animated text, and transitions using After Effects.
• Ensure visual consistency across all client assets, including typography, color, and layout.
• Partner with media and strategy teams to produce performance-creative assets for A/B testing.
• Mentor junior team members by providing actionable feedback and setting quality standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in video editing and graphic design within an agency or high-volume environment.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Proven ability to produce both high-quality video edits and static design assets.
• Experience with performance-creative workflows and social platform mechanics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluency in design principles including typography, color, and hierarchy.

Nice to have

• Experience with lightweight tools like CapCut or Canva Pro for quick-turnaround work.
• Advanced sound design and audio editing skills.
• Prior experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior designers or editors.
