Maintenance Technician II (Engineering)

Maintenance Technician II (Engineering): Performing intermediate-level preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production machinery and facility systems with an accent on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting. Focus on improving machine uptime, supporting equipment installations, and implementing CMMS programs.

Location: On-site in Brooklyn Park, MN. Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or foreign national granted refugee/asylee status due to ITAR regulations.

Salary: $26.83 - $34 an hour

What you will do

• Perform scheduled maintenance on machine tools, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues.
• Execute CAD projects for Facilities and maintenance departments.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the CMMS program.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with company quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; vocational degree in industrial maintenance or electrical technology preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Basic electrical knowledge up to 480V, including motors, starters, relays, and VFDs.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and basic PLC ladder logic.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (ITAR compliance required).

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Injection molding machines and CNC.
