Cybersecurity Product Manager (IAM)

Salary: $114,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate efforts across security teams, service owners, and stakeholders to deliver IAM, ILM, and Data Protection capabilities.
• Drive critical workstreams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and strategic goals.
• Manage stakeholder requirements and align them with the IAM, ILM, and Data Protection program roadmaps.
• Lead the definition of epics, features, and user stories to ensure consistent delivery of business value.
• Identify and track dependencies across security and risk programs as well as interconnected workstreams.
• Prepare and present program metrics and reports for executive leadership and program sponsors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related experience in cybersecurity or product management.
• 3+ years of working experience with Agile and 1+ years of experience with JIRA.
• Extensive experience leading and delivering large, complex IAM and ILM programs across multiple teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Nashville, TN office on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience deploying IAM, ILM, and structured/unstructured Data Protection technologies.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services, Active Directory, and Privileged Management.
• Understanding of cloud computing, web platforms, networking, and AI.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or C++.
• Knowledge of the Security Development Lifecycle (SDL), threat modeling, and static/dynamic analysis tools.
