What you will do

• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with long-term company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers to foster innovation.
• Maintain a comprehensive product roadmap prioritizing business value and customer impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
• Define and track KPIs to assess product success and optimize performance.
• Manage the product management budget and allocate resources effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management within the cybersecurity industry.
• Strong technical background with understanding of APIs and integration technologies.
• Proven leadership experience in managing product teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the US or UK (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or Business.
• Ability to balance high-level strategy with detailed execution.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience with threat intelligence platforms, SOAR, SIEM, and EDR tools.
• Experience in Agile and Lean product development methodologies.
• Experience with product lifecycle management in SaaS environments.
• Professional certifications such as CISM, PMP, or CISSP.
