What you will do

• Analyze workforce trends and uncover insights to inform HR and business strategies.
• Design and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility into metrics like turnover, headcount, and engagement.
• Translate complex data into actionable themes and insights for HR Business Partners and stakeholders.
• Implement process improvements using AI and automation tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to scale modern analytics and AI-driven capabilities.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes by analyzing exit data to identify improvement trends.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, HR, or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience within a range of HR disciplines.
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel (pivot tables, automated templates).
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information and ensure data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with all levels of management.
