What you will do

• Partner with lines of business to understand operations, risks, and recovery requirements.
• Lead business impact analyses to identify critical services, dependencies, and resiliency gaps.
• Develop and maintain continuity plans, recovery procedures, and playbooks aligned to regulatory expectations.
• Design and facilitate scenario-based exercises and testing to build organizational readiness.
• Advise stakeholders on risk and recovery strategies, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring remediation efforts and evolving risk-based planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in BCP, Crisis Management, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in business continuity program management.
• Advanced understanding of business impact and GAP analysis.
• In-depth experience designing and executing resiliency testing and training programs.
• Strong knowledge of business continuity, disaster recovery, and emergency management in the Financial Services industry.
• Strong understanding of business continuity regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as ABCP, MBCI, or similar credentials.
• Ability to leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to enhance risk analysis and identify emerging risks.
