What you will do

• Monitor merchant processing activity and investigate suspicious patterns to mitigate potential losses.
• Analyze account alerts from automated systems to identify fraud or processing issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Interpret business and financial documents to detect trends and assess risk.
• Communicate with merchants and issuing banks to resolve risk concerns and gather information.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or at least three years of related experience.
• Must have eligible working rights in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Experience reading and interpreting credit reports, billing statements, and contracts.
• Proficiency with risk management tools and fraud detection methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data sets and identify anomalies.
• Understanding of Visa/Mastercard operating policies and regulations.
