What you will do

  • Develop and implement risk strategies and policies for the Money services portfolio, including Payments, Payroll, and Bill Pay.
  • Create and manage risk capabilities such as rolling reserves and customer-level limit frameworks to optimize customer experience while managing losses.
  • Collaborate with Fraud Risk, Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to establish risk appetite and ensure seamless policy execution.
  • Utilize big data technology and SQL/Python to mine transactional data and design new risk-adjusted policy proposals.
  • Mentor and coach Financial Risk Analysts to drive creative ideas and elevate analytical outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with internal/external audits, credit agencies, and regulators to ensure compliance and data accuracy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in policy development and execution within the data and risk space.
  • Expertise in analytics tools such as Python, R, SAS, or SQL.
  • Experience working with BI tools like Tableau, QuickSight, or Databricks.
  • Strong domain experience in FinTech, AI, or Financial services, with specific expertise in Fraud and Business Solutions.
  • Undergraduate degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders in a large matrixed organization.
