What you will do

• Plan, develop, issue, and track progress for Construction Work Packages (CWPs) and Installation Work Packages (IWPs).
• Generate material takeoffs and bills of materials for basic projects.
• Collaborate with discipline superintendents and general foremen to secure buy-in for IWPs.
• Verify installed commodities and track work completion status on a weekly basis.
• Assist in resolving issues related to design, scheduling, change management, and safety.
• Interpret Requests for Information (RFI) and manage documentation flow.

Requirements

• Typically 2+ years of construction, construction management, or design experience in similar facilities.
• Working knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and engineering drawings.
• Ability to perform material takeoffs and field estimates.
• Must be able to work night shifts (up to 12 hours) in a physical construction environment.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
