What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions and agentic workflows using the Agentforce platform.
• Architect and implement scalable production systems and bespoke intelligent agents for strategic clients.
• Design and build efficient data processing pipelines and integration strategies across enterprise data platforms.
• Identify and resolve complex technical blockers during solution delivery and model deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to translate nuanced operational challenges into actionable technical requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, and security.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hands-on delivery of high-quality, scalable production solutions.
• Expert proficiency in one or more languages: JavaScript, Java, Python, or Apex.
• Extensive experience with AI/LLM technologies, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, and prompt engineering.
• Deep expertise in data modeling and enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
• Proven ability to lead technical engagements and mentor junior team members.
• Must be located in or able to work from Toronto, Canada with 25-50% travel capacity.

• Extensive experience with hirify.global Data Cloud and/or Agentforce platform.
• Experience deploying conversational AI in highly regulated industries.
• Advanced hirify.global certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect).
• Deep knowledge across hirify.global CRM (Service, Sales, and Marketing Clouds).
• Contributions to open-source AI frameworks or libraries.
