What you will do

• Develop and execute communication strategies for the product and technology portfolio, driving narrative across product tests and feature releases.
• Partner with Product teams to amplify compelling stories that strengthen product positioning and cultural relevance.
• Drive executive thought leadership by shaping speaking opportunities and media engagements for the Chief Product & Technology Officer.
• Establish hirify.global as a leading voice at the intersection of AI, trust, safety, and human connection.
• Oversee the creation of proprietary research and data-driven narratives to generate earned media.
• Manage agency partners and external vendors to ensure best-in-class creative execution.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of communications experience leading high-impact product launches for consumer technology brands or apps.
• Advanced AI fluency, including the independent use of AI tools for research, monitoring, and drafting.
• Proven success securing top-tier media coverage and high-profile industry speaking engagements.
• Deep understanding of the evolving media landscape and agility with emerging platforms and formats.
• Strong project management skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid from Austin, TX or New York, NY.
