What you will do

• Architect and develop scalable design patterns for AI and data integration use cases.
• Lead software engineering practices across the full SDLC, including coding standards, code reviews, and build processes.
• Develop the north star vision for the AI platform domain and influence product direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technologists to solve complex business problems.
• Mentor rising talent and provide technical leadership across the organization.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with a Master's.
• Proficiency in platform development using Python and/or Java.
• Proven experience in data modeling, schema design, and modern data access patterns (API, streaming, data lake).
• Strong expertise in AWS and cloud technologies for building AI/ML and Deep Learning applications.
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, guardrails, observability, and Agentic AI.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom

Nice to have

• Experience with SageMaker or equivalent tools.
• Experience with feature stores and BI dashboards.
• Background in BI, Reporting, and Analytics.
