TL;DR

Senior Manager, Brand Activation (Fintech): Leading the development and execution of brand strategies and paid media campaigns across North America and Europe with an accent on audience-first advertising and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on optimizing client engagement metrics, implementing AI-powered tools for creative development, and managing multi-regional budgets.

Location: New York, New York. Must spend at least four full days each week working in an hirify.global office.

Salary: $120,000 – $125,000 per year

What you will do

  • Drive brand implementation across paid media campaigns in North America and EMEA from strategy to execution.
  • Develop insight-driven campaign briefs and collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including coordinating approvals with legal and compliance.
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize creative performance using analytics, social listening, and client feedback.
  • Oversee and track the creative campaign budget.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to inform insights and enhance creative development.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience creating innovative paid media campaigns in North America and EMEA.
  • Proven track record of using data and insights to improve client engagement metrics.
  • Strong "end-to-end" project management and budget tracking capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating with product marketing, sales, corporate communications, and legal teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Must be based in New York, NY.
