What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end localisation process for Product and Marketing initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables for product UI, feature launches, CRM, web content, and brand campaigns.
• Partner with teams across Product, Content Design, Marketing, and Engineering to align localisation requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements for localisation workflows, tools, and operational processes.
• Utilize Translation Management Systems (TMS) and support AI-assisted localisation workflows.
• Maintain localisation documentation, workflow guides, and best practice resources.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in localisation, project management, or content operations.
• Strong understanding of localisation, transcreation, and cultural adaptation principles.
• Experience working with Translation Management Systems (TMS) and project management tools.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting both Product and Marketing localisation workflows.
• Familiarity with software development and content creation processes.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools.
• Experience with multimedia localisation, including subtitles and video content.
• Experience using AI-assisted localisation tools and automation workflows.
• Degree in Localisation, Translation, Communications, Marketing, or Linguistics.
