What you will do
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery and manage RAID logs to mitigate risks and dependencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and handling escalations.
- Track project budgets, costs, and resource utilization to ensure financial alignment.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and maintain delivery standards.
- Manage project closure, client sign-offs, and smooth handover to Technical Support and Customer Success.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience leading complex SaaS implementations or customer-facing projects.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes and driving project momentum.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at various levels.
- Must be based in the UK for a hybrid work arrangement.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Technical curiosity and an AI-curious mindset to improve delivery efficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR tech industry.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana), CRM tools (Salesforce), and Google Workspace.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.
