What you will do

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery and manage RAID logs to mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and handling escalations.
• Track project budgets, costs, and resource utilization to ensure financial alignment.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and maintain delivery standards.
• Manage project closure, client sign-offs, and smooth handover to Technical Support and Customer Success.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading complex SaaS implementations or customer-facing projects.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes and driving project momentum.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at various levels.
• Must be based in the UK for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Technical curiosity and an AI-curious mindset to improve delivery efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR tech industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana), CRM tools (Salesforce), and Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.
