What you will do

• Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, including guides, tutorials, SOPs, and certification content for various technical and operational roles.
• Translate complex robotics and collection systems knowledge into clear, actionable documentation for non-technical users.
• Proactively identify knowledge gaps across teams and update materials to keep pace with evolving tools and processes.
• Apply content standards and templates to ensure documentation consistency across multiple regions.
• Support the localization and adaptation of training materials for international teams within i18n frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and operators to gather source material and validate technical accuracy.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in technical writing, ideally in robotics, hardware, or operations-heavy environments.
• Proven ability to learn complex technical systems quickly and simplify them for non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with documentation systems, style guides, and content management tooling.
• Familiarity with internationalization (i18n) considerations in content creation for cross-regional adaptation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills for extracting and validating information from subject matter experts.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple content workstreams simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience in physical AI or hardware operations environments.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Exposure to the design of certification or credentialing programs.
