What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers to write and publish roadmap updates, feature previews, and release announcements.
• Manage documentation source files using GitHub and Markdown within a docs-as-code workflow.
• Utilize Generative AI tools to research complex topics and draft comprehensive technical content.
• Create concise UI tooltips, portal page descriptions, and guided user tours.
• Optimize documentation architecture and metadata for effective ingestion by AI assistants.
• Collaborate with Developers, Security Experts, and Support Engineers to maintain troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience documenting complex technical products, cloud platforms, or developer tools.
• Mother-tongue level English with exceptional written communication skills.
• Legal right to work in the country where the position is based (no visa sponsorship).
• Educational background in STEM or professional experience in software development, QA, SOC, or IT.
• Ability to learn independently by testing products and analyzing technical resources.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on proficiency with Git, GitHub/GitLab, VS Code, and Markdown.
• Experience leveraging GenAI tools and AI coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, or Copilot.
