Technical Writer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Israel without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers to create roadmap updates, feature previews, release updates, and announcements in the product portal.
• Manage technical documentation through GitHub, Markdown, pull requests, and automated pipelines.
• Use generative AI tools to research complex topics, interpret engineering specifications, and draft documentation.
• Write in-product guidance, page descriptions, UI tooltips, and guided tours.
• Structure documentation architecture, metadata, and Markdown content for AI retrieval and search.
• Maintain troubleshooting guides and technical resources in collaboration with Developers, Security Experts, and Support Engineers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience documenting complex technical products, cloud platforms, or developer tools.
• STEM degree or equivalent professional experience in software development, QA, analytics, SOC, incident response, or IT.
• Mother-tongue level English and exceptional written communication skills.
• Ability to learn independently by exploring documentation, testing products, and researching technical resources.
• Legal right to work in Israel without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub or GitLab, VS Code, and Markdown.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools and AI coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, or Copilot.
