Learning Experience Creator (AI)

Location: Foster City, California, United States. Hybrid role with in-office work required on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Salary: $113,000–$148,000 base annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Create documentation and learning content, including help articles, FAQs, tutorials, getting-started paths, courses, walkthroughs, videos, GIFs, and in-product tips.
• Maintain the content lifecycle through product launches by reviewing freshness, updating launch-day materials, and retiring outdated content.
• Plan and manage a data-informed content calendar focused on customer needs and self-service outcomes.
• Improve content findability through clear titles, tagging, structure, search optimization, and AI assistant discoverability.
• Measure reader feedback, completion, watch-through, activation, self-serve resolution, ticket deflection, and CSAT, then iterate based on results.
• Collaborate with technical education, learning, documentation, product, and customer-facing partners.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating product education or learning content across at least two formats, including written content.
• Strong plain-language writing and storytelling skills for documentation, video, and interactive experiences.
• Experience creating short-form video and using AI-assisted production workflows.
• Experience writing or maintaining developer or product documentation, including docs-as-code or Markdown-based platforms.
• Knowledge of instructional design, content discoverability, search, and content lifecycle management.
• Ability to learn technical products quickly, work with data and customer feedback, and collaborate across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience running a content channel, editorial calendar, or creator program with an audience.
• Experience creating content that achieved significant audience engagement or became widely shared.
