What you will do

• Direct comprehensive product strategy from conception through end-of-life.
• Oversee the design, modification, and evaluation of products across their entire lifecycle, acting as a central resource for development, QA, and marketing.
• Create and maintain the product vision and strategic roadmap.
• Provide technical expertise for sales processes and the development of marketing campaigns.
• Manage alpha and beta programs, coordinating execution and evaluation.
• Lead and mentor Technical Product Managers, including goal setting and performance appraisals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Proven Product Management and previous management experience (minimum 5 years).
• Must be based within 70 miles of one of the specified US office locations.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for quarterly meetings and conferences.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage professional technical teams.
