Salary: $110,617 - $160,396

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end procurement delivery from project award through final site delivery.
• Manage the full PO lifecycle, including legal review, execution, and schedule management.
• Align procurement actions with construction sequencing and engineering maturity.
• Oversee BOM intake, revision control, and engineering workflows in Procore.
• Manage and mentor a team of buyers and expeditors to ensure performance and risk mitigation.
• Serve as the primary interface with suppliers for delivery, commercial, and quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project delivery, procurement, or project engineering.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Experience in utility-scale energy, heavy civil, or industrial construction.
• Ability to travel 15-25% to project sites and supplier facilities.
