What you will do

  • Lead the Records Management team in utilizing and maintaining the Integrated Document Management System (IDMS).
  • Ensure compliance with company, DOE, and regulatory agency records management requirements.
  • Manage assigned staff, including task delegation, performance evaluation, and professional development.
  • Assist internal customers in defining and implementing record processes and classification levels.
  • Collaborate with other Hanford contractors on site-wide records topics.
  • Develop reports, analysis, and metrics from site databases to support operational needs.

Requirements

  • US citizenship is required due to government contract and clearance requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 10 years of related work experience.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex business operations.
  • Expertise in records management, document control, and electronic records databases.
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements in a highly regulated environment.

Nice to have

  • Nationally recognized Records or Archivist Certification.
  • Extensive experience with Electronic Records databases.
