What you will do

• Provide coaching and training to team members to address performance gaps and ensure high-quality work.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for team members regarding escalations and internal processing inquiries.
• Collect and report daily operational metrics to the leadership team.
• Suggest and implement improvements for operational procedures and processes.
• Collaborate with external vendors and subcontractor organizations as needed.
• Oversee office and team operations in the absence of the supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Successful completion of the Nlets fingerprinting background assessment.
• Ability to work onsite at the Howard County, MD office location.
