Salary: $101,600 - $152,500 Annually

What you will do
- Manage global travel strategy, KPIs, and policies to ensure consistency, compliance, and cost control across all markets.
- Oversee TMC relationships and negotiate preferred rates with airlines, hotel chains, and car rental providers.
- Optimize the Navan travel management platform to enhance the end-to-end traveler journey and system efficiency.
- Analyze travel data to identify savings opportunities and generate executive reports for C-suite stakeholders.
- Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and Security to align travel needs with broader organizational priorities.
- Coordinate crisis response and ensure duty of care and safety protocols for global travelers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in travel management, sourcing, and operations.
- Proficiency in travel management platforms such as Navan, Concur, or Egencia.
- Experience managing global programs across multiple time zones and regions.
- Must be based in the USA (indicated by location and 401k benefits).
Nice to have
- CTE (Certified Travel Executive) or GTP (Global Travel Professional) certification.
- Experience managing EMEA and/or APAC regional travel programs.
- Familiarity with sustainability and carbon reporting in business travel.
- Knowledge of emerging travel technology solutions including NDC content.
