What you will do

• Own the end-to-end material flow from supplier to production line using Plan for Every Part (PFEP) logic.
• Design and optimize facility layouts and production workflows to maximize operator-hour output.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs including on-time delivery, throughput, yield, and labor utilization.
• Champion Lean, 5S, and waste elimination across the facility to standardize scalable processes.
• Partner with Engineering and Software teams to ensure MES/ERP systems accurately reflect physical operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Hands-on production floor experience with fluency in line balancing and labor optimization.
• Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of operational challenges in resource-constrained environments.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to meet ITAR requirements.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Exposure to MES/ERP systems.
• Background in high-mix manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or complex assembly.
