Location: Must have current work authorization for Canada. Hybrid schedule in Toronto (relocating to Mississauga in late 2026).

Salary: Hourly rate $38.00 – $62.00

What you will do

• Identify and develop product ideas that meet customer needs and company standards.
• Perform competitive benchmarking and market analysis to build successful business cases for new products.
• Own and manage product development projects from ideation through to delivery.
• Ensure assigned retail products and tools are optimally positioned to drive sales success.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop promotional materials and collateral.
• Provide data-driven insights and performance analysis to inform product strategy.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the mutual fund or investment industry.
• Proven experience in investment analysis and modelling.
• Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is required.
• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• MBA or CFA designation.
• Prior experience in sales or marketing within financial services.
