Salary: $60.00-65.00 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze consumer credit card portfolio performance across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention phases.
• Partner with marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness using A/B testing and segmentation analysis.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, and Data teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Establish repeatable reporting processes and governance standards to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, consumer lending, or credit cards.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets.
• Proficiency in developing dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in Minneapolis, MN or Colorado Springs, CO.

• Exposure to Databricks or similar modern data platforms.
