Location: Hybrid (Must be based near a hirify.global Hub in the US, specifically Stamford, CT)

Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development of insights to drive credit performance by monitoring acquisition and account management metrics.
• Design and enhance analytics and reporting systems aligned with evolving business needs.
• Source, cleanse, and structure data into analysis-ready datasets using SAS and other analytics tools.
• Create intuitive, interactive dashboards to help leaders identify portfolio risks and opportunities.
• Automate repeatable processes and simplify workflows leveraging AI.
• Collaborate with Credit Strategy and Portfolio Credit Managers to analyze performance shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of experience in analytics (or 8 years in retail/business credit).
• 2+ years of experience in Credit, Collections, Risk, Finance, or Data Analytics.
• 2+ years of experience with SAS, SQL, or Python.
• 1+ year of experience with SAS Visual Analytics or Tableau.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required; no sponsorship provided.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with account-level data sources like RDG, CDCI, and CLBP2.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and modern data technologies.
• Advanced Excel skills for model building and workflow automation.
• Project management capabilities for scoping and delivering high-quality results.
