What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between infrastructure teams and downstream business partners.
• Create business requirements documents and review functional/technical documentation.
• Manage end-to-end data acquisition processes with stakeholders and system-of-record partners.
• Lead discussions with subject matter experts regarding enhancement requests and defect remediation.
• Perform moderate to complex business and data analyses.
• Ensure adherence to data security and governance policies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or design.
• 4+ years of experience writing moderate to complex SQL code (SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, Hive, or GCP).
• Must be eligible for W2 employment; no C2C eligibility.
• Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC 3 days per week.
• Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Global Payments, Liquidity products, and Wholesale Banking.
• Experience in fast-paced environments managing multiple complex initiatives.
• Strong organizational and change management skills.
