Salary: $105,814 – $117,387 per year

What you will do

• Design and plan advanced network systems and create detailed architecture schematics.
• Select optimal hardware and software to meet current and future capacity requirements.
• Coordinate third-party maintenance and troubleshoot complex network issues for users and administrators.
• Maintain subject matter expertise in routers, multiplexers, hubs, bridges, and gateways.
• Apply innovative solutions to difficult problems of considerable scope and complexity.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active Department of Defense Secret security clearance are required at time of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Subject matter expertise (SME) in network design and interfacing.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and execute projects with minimal direction.
