What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support for federal customers via phone, email, and secure communication channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network configuration issues in data center, campus, and routing deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to resolve escalated issues.
• Support product installation, operation, and optimization in compliance with federal security and operational standards.
• Document customer interactions and recurring issues to provide feedback for continuous product improvement.
• Develop knowledge base content and best practices tailored to the federal networking community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, configuring, and supporting network environments.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IPv4/IPv6, VLAN, VRF, AAA/TACACS, and others.
• Experience using troubleshooting tools such as tcpdump, Wireshark, and IXIA.
• Strong Linux command-line and scripting familiarity (Python, shell, etc.).
• US Citizenship and ability to undergo background checks/clearance processes are mandatory.

Nice to have

• Active security clearances (TS/SCI).
• Experience supporting U.S. federal customers or integrators (DoD, IC, or Civilian).
• Familiarity with FIPS, DISA STIGs, and other government compliance standards.
• Industry certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or Arista ACE.
