What you will do

• Manage monthly project accounting efforts, including tracking updates and status meeting documentation.
• Set up new projects in time and expense systems, verifying signatures and aligning with Salesforce data.
• Execute intercompany revenue/cost transactions and update project budget adjustments and carve-outs.
• Prepare client invoicing based on contracts and manage follow-ups for past-due invoices.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly client accruals and perform routine general ledger account reconciliations.
• Support the annual budget preparation process and provide documentation for annual audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting, finance, or business.
• 0-2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Must be based in the US; the company is unable to provide sponsorship assistance

Nice to have

• Experience in Agency or Professional Services environments.
• Knowledge of month-end close and revenue recognition processes.
