What you will do

• Execute standard HubSpot implementations including workflows, automation, lists, and reporting.
• Manage a portfolio of implementation projects and ongoing retainer clients.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for assigned clients to align HubSpot solutions with business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within client HubSpot portals.
• Identify opportunities for new feature adoption and additional service offerings.
• Provide training and resources to ensure client success and platform adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role at an agency or HubSpot Partner.
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, automation, and data management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client workloads and deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
