Location: Remote (Must be based in Costa Rica)

What you will do
- Qualify incoming new business prospects and serve as the primary high-touch point of contact.
- Conduct strategic research on prospect organizational structures, business priorities, and L&D challenges.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable briefs for the Sales Executive team.
- Manage and optimize early-stage sales collateral, pricing sheets, and enablement tools.
- Coordinate seamless transitions from initial inquiry to deep-dive qualification across internal stakeholders.
- Advise clients on capabilities, including eLearning development and instructional design.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or business development.
- Background in professional services, consulting, or L&D/HR tech environments.
- Proven ability to conduct deep corporate research and synthesize complex information.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level interaction.
- Must be based in Costa Rica.
- English: Primary language proficiency required.
