What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Platform Engineering domain, including internal developer platforms, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
• Partner with engineering managers and staff engineers to translate strategy into requirements, priorities, and milestones.
• Lead discovery efforts to understand developer workflows and translate pain points into high-impact product initiatives.
• Define and operate success metrics (DORA, SPACE) to monitor developer lead time, deployment frequency, and platform reliability.
• Drive the AI-enabled product delivery experience, scoping and prioritizing AI-powered features from the IDE to incident response.
• Align stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Security, SRE, and Legal to balance velocity, safety, and scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years focused on technical platforms, developer tools, or infrastructure.
• Strong technical acumen in CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure-as-Code, and AWS or GCP.
• Experience defining and reporting on developer productivity metrics (DORA, SPACE).
• Hands-on familiarity with Generative AI and LLM-based workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
