Salary: $112,000 – $156,500

What you will do

• Drive product execution for the metrics platform, serving as the single source of truth for business metrics.
• Own and evolve the product roadmap for the full metrics lifecycle, including definition, governance, and discovery.
• Partner with engineering and analytics stakeholders to translate complex technical needs into clear product requirements.
• Drive platform adoption by identifying friction points and building scalable solutions to reduce metric duplication.
• Shape the platform’s AI strategy by integrating the semantic layer with AI agents and LLM-based tooling.
• Use qualitative and quantitative signals to prioritize the backlog and iteratively improve platform reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience delivering platform or data infrastructure products.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering teams to ship iterative releases.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with semantic layers, metric stores, or enterprise data products.
• Familiarity with data lineage, quality, and observability frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI/ML-enabled capabilities into data platforms.
• Experience driving platform adoption at scale in large organizations.
