Focus on reducing administrative burden for social workers and architecting horizontal platform capabilities to support rapid agency expansion.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (In-office Mondays and Thursdays)

Salary: $200,000 – $330,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Develop the multi-year vision and roadmap for AI and core platform services, including global search and forms infrastructure.
• Scale hirify.global AI tools such as automated meeting transcription, intelligent form pre-fill, and case-specific chat.
• Identify common pain points across product modules to build platform-level solutions that improve the social worker experience.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to architect scalable AI systems and flexible platform configurations.
• Rapidly prototype new platform and AI features using AI-native tools like Cursor, Claude, and Lovable.
• Conduct user research by shadowing social workers to ensure technical solutions are grounded in human needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or AI-integrated products.
• Strong technical proficiency in API design, LLM orchestration, and data architecture.
• AI-native workflow habits, utilizing tools like Claude, Cursor, or v0 on a daily basis.
• Proven ability to distill complex, fragmented requirements into elegant, configurable platform components.
• Experience scaling products from early-stage to enterprise-scale, specifically in regulated or government environments.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from San Francisco, CA.
