What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for portfolio management and collections.
• Oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, managing credit risk, limits, and holds.
• Manage AR operations, including cash application, account reconciliation, and month-end close.
• Develop and execute strategies to reduce DSO and optimize overall cash flow.
• Negotiate with customers to resolve past-due balances and payment disputes.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation within AR workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections.
• 2–3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (JDE preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in the United States (E-Verify participant).
