What you will do

• Manage general ledger, balance sheet, and financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and corporate accounting guidelines.
• Lead month-end closing processes, account reconciliations, and financial data uploads to OneStream.
• Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting as well as annual budgeting.
• Oversee city and state sales tax filing and TRIP reporting.
• Analyze financial variances and trends to provide actionable recommendations for management.
• Supervise, lead, and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure timely task completion.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CMA, CPA, or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, specifically for financial modeling and complex formulas.
• Experience with JDE ERP and OneStream systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Business Objects, or HFM.
• Knowledge of Excel add-in applications like Smart View.
