What you will do
- Drive and execute the Business Unit commercial and sales strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.
- Monitor performance, forecasts, and key business metrics.
- Lead and develop commercial teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in commercial leadership, sales strategy, or business development.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments.
- English: Intermediate to advanced proficiency required
Nice to have
- MBA or postgraduate studies.
