Salary: $72,000–$76,500

What you will do

• Prepare resident documentation for audits and reports, reconciling any discrepancies.
• Develop and implement action plans to resolve non-compliance issues.
• Update and maintain internal and external compliance procedures.
• Provide compliance training and support to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in compliance and housing regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HUD Secure Systems (TRACS, EIV).
• Solid understanding of Section 8, Section 42, HOME, and RD programs.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Voyager software.
• Availability to travel for training during the second week of employment.

• Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) or Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS).
• Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP).
• Housing Compliance Manager for Home Funds certification.
