What you will do
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to understand financing needs.
- Identify growth opportunities by presenting tailored financing solutions and promoting company offerings.
- Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor dealership conditions and develop risk assessment models to evaluate creditworthiness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- BA/BS degree in a related field and 3 years of related experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, sales, account management, or collections.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel >75%, including overnight stays.
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
