Location: Onsite in Mossville and Washington, Illinois, USA (requires a 5-day-a-week onsite schedule)

Salary: $112,710.00 - $169,060.00

What you will do

• Execute NPI software development for drivetrain mechatronics, including requirements definition, implementation, and product delivery.
• Develop and integrate control solutions for transmissions, actuators, sensors, and associated embedded software.
• Define verification strategies, test plans, and data review approaches across simulation, bench, and machine environments.
• Lead technology transformation projects to modernize controls, software workflows, and development practices.
• Perform root cause investigation and data analysis to solve technical problems during development and validation.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, and software) to ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer, or Ag Engineering.
• Knowledge of computer-aided controls systems development, simulation, and embedded mechatronic solutions.
• Experience in product testing, validation planning, and troubleshooting technical problems.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Mossville and Washington, IL.
• US work authorization required; sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated experience in drivetrain controls, mechatronics, or embedded software development.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Proficiency with ATI Vision, CANape, or similar calibration and analytics tools.
