TL;DR

Salary: $82,300 - $220,000

What you will do

  • Lead the full lifecycle development and management of complex electrical, mechanical, and software-based test equipment.
  • Serve as lead system integrator from early test concept development through system certification.
  • Establish clear, verifiable, and traceable requirements to drive system concepts and architectures.
  • Identify program-level technical risks and execute mitigation strategies.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide constructive technical feedback.
  • Produce high-quality technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Systems Engineering or a relevant role.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
  • Experience solving complex I&T problems across a program lifecycle.
  • Ability to balance multiple competing tasks and demands in a fast-paced environment.
